HPI acquires Tamor Corporation, leading supplier of closet organizers and storage containers in Leominster, Mass. |

HPI acquires Seymour Housewares, leading supplier of laundry management products in the U.S. |

HPI acquires Tenex Corporation's consumer storage business; product line consists of plastic storage bins and rolling carts. |
